Use Rules to Automatically Move Email Messages

Using rules to automatically forward messages in Microsoft Outlook can help you manage your emails more efficiently. By setting up these rules, you can ensure important messages are sent to another account without manual intervention, keeping your inbox organised and ensuring you never miss critical communications.

Move Messages

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.

2. Click Add a new rule and name it.

3. Set the name of the rule and the condition to "Apply to all messages".

4. Choose your preferred action such as Move to or Forward to etc. You have the option to move it to an existing folder or a newly created folder.
